This is a Japanese morse code key made in Feb. 1939. The 4 lines on the data plate translates to: 1) Tokyo, 2) group of investors and the Sekai Electric Manufacturing Company, 3) Showa 14 year 2 month date of manufacture, 4) No. 8446 [serial number].
